I just placed my order and need to make a change?

Once your order has been submitted it is final. We are unable to change quantities, exchange items or remove an item from your order. Orders are entered into our system immediately and many are shipped within hours.

Do you ship to the Australia?

What carrier will deliver my order?

Currently, we use US Mail for Domestic & International orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We package and ship orders Monday – Friday, without interruption. Once packaged, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please note the delivery option you select needs to include our packaging time of 3 -5 days.

Most orders take 8 – 10 business days to ship. 

Please be aware, this is 8 – 10 business days in addition to the 3 – 5 days to process and package your order.

We can’t offer an express shipping option at this time – We are too far out in the country to offer to offer express shipping.

When will I receive my order?

A Tracking Number for your order will be sent to you once your order has shipped.  You should receive your Tracking Number within a week. 

The Tracking Number will come to you via automated email, if you do not receive your tracking number please check your SPAM folder as automated emails often go to SPAM. 

Once you receive your tracking number you can obtain updates on your package status. 

Tracking number shows delivered, but still no package?

If your package shows it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

We would be happy to help, but the US Mail will not allow us to do much. 

Once a package is marked as delivered, the US Mail considers the package property of the recipient and will not help us locate the package. For your privacy, third parties are not allowed to engage the US Mail on your behalf.

It is faster if you contact your local post office to see if an error has been made.  It is important to ask quickly since memories fad and your local post man sees a lot of packages each day.

Anything else?

Always contact the courier first with your tracking number if there are any problems with your package deliver. 

In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

Always wait until on or after the expected deliver date to inquire about non-deliveries.

The seller cannot be responsible for packages that are not delivered in the delivery window.

Return Policy
You are welcome to return items to us within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a Gift Card in the amount of the sales price. A few things to keep in mind – please reshipped in a box or the original packaging, if sent in an envelope some mail carrier companies will damage the item further.  Prior to returning, please contact us for a return authorization.

If your item is defective when it arrives please contact us within 30 days of purchase and request a Defective Return Authorization.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund or exchange on sale, promotional, or clearance products.

Package Returns

If your package should be returned to us by US Mail marked as Refused, Undelivered as Addressed, Unclaimed, Unable to Forward or Unknown Address, we will notify you via email. We are not able to refund shipping charges on packages returned by US Mail after an attempt has been made to deliver.
